The Origin
We were founded on the understanding that the very best opportunities never hit "The Market".
Our founder, Jerryck Murrey, has spent nearly a decade in real estate development, engaging in successful off-market projects. This experience led him to believe that these ventures should be open to a network beyond real estate. That belief soon became DOSO Properties - an investment group priding itself on extending access to institutional level real estate deals.

We are a real estate private equity group, made up of artists, entrepreneurs, doctors and all-around creatives. We are primed for changing the "Who" aspect of real estate investing, by working with seasoned and novice investors alike. We offer a national portfolio of real estate opportunities prime for investment, and intuitive technology that enables our investors to stay informed on project & fund progress.
Led by Managing Partner and Founder Jerryck Murrey, DOSO Properties executes urban infill, as well as master planned projects of various scales. This approach provides options to both early and long time investors; allowing members to grow their portfolio and take command of their financial future.

Click the "Join Us" button to create an investment profile. You can create a profile as an individual, on behalf of an institution or company, or make an inquiry to partner with DOSO on an opportunity you have.
After completing the profile you will be contacted by us to outline goals and expectations. Assuming interest alignment, you will be granted full access to the DOSO platform.

Once logging in, Investor Clients will be able to select from a list of available opportunities. View project analysis and details, capital timelines and market data. Investors will be able to keep track of progress on current deals and view past project results. Furthermore, Investors are able to pose questions directly to DOSO and receive quick and detailed responses.
Invest with Confidence

You've identified an ideal venture? Simply select the "Invest" button and commit funds to the project of choice. Funds can be allocated via check, wire, or through the platform.
Once invested, Members will receive notifications on project updates and have access to greater insight of deal mechanics. These mechanics include personnel lists, schedules, and deal KPI's.
